Questions for this shipment:

Question: I can do this for but it would have to be this sunday are you wanting it in an enclosed trailer (7/17/2007)
Response: I was wondering earlier when it asked about the enclosed trailer...what exactly does that mean? and does it cost more? Sorry, I'm a first time "shipper". Thanks. (7/17/2007)
Response: An enclosed trailer is a box trailer that protects it from the weather, or I can haul it on an open trailer and wrap it to protect it. (7/18/2007)
Question: What is your target date? We are a Houston Company. We will be in Austin on the 26th. I can pick up on that day or the next and return the following day. Probably about $250.00 would be the cost. I ahve a 26 foot enclosed truck with a lift gate. Will this work for you? (7/18/2007)
Response: That sounds GREAT! I really don't have a target date as long as it's shipped by beginning of august because I will be in Houston a few days later. The drop off location will have my tenants so they can open the garage door for you. All I have to do really is make sure the fridge I have here still works so I am not left without a fridge. I will definitely use your company but let me get back to you tomorrow to confirm (I want to plug in the other fridge and leave it overnight to make sure). Thanks a lot! (7/18/2007)
Response: Check the compressor. It may be dirtly and can't breathe. If you plugged it in last night and it's still not cool, then there is a problem with it. I will make my bid now. Thanx (7/19/2007)
Question: I can do this next week as mentioned. I just figured out the travel cost on the job. Total cost will be $280.00. Still good? (7/19/2007)
Response: quick question....I have a dilemma over there in Houston with the fridge not fitting smoothly through the door. When we moved out the 3 guys who moved us had to take the front door off the hinges and I don't know if maybe they were more muscle than brain but it took them like an hour to get it out the door. The tenants I have there are older and probably will not help....and I am petite and not very strong so I know I won't be able to fit it through when I go (like if you were to leave it in the garage and I tried to bring it into the house by myself after these people move out). Would you be willing to try to bring it into the house if you charged me more? Or would you be tight on time with other shipments? I really don't think it's that much work but the front door would have to be taken out and then put back. I just can't figure out any other way. Let me know! Thanks. (7/19/2007)
Response: Ok, I have allocated 30 minutes of time at each location in my price. My Hourly rate is $75.00 per hour. So If they spent more than 30 minutes helping you with additional services other than what the shipment is then the rate is $75.00 per hour or by the minute $1.25. Standard practice for us in tight doorways is to remove the fridge doors first and then the House door if required. either way we do it hundreds of times a year, so we will figure it out. None of this will be a problem. (7/19/2007)
Response: ok ...is that why it jumped to 320? (7/19/2007)
Response: No, Uship charges made it $320.00. We only get $280.00 out of that. (7/19/2007)
Question: Hello, is someone going to be available to help the driver load/unload? Price $210.00 no steps. Good Day. (7/20/2007)
Question: When would you like to schedule this work? I have shipments coming back from Austin very quickly so i d like to do it by month end. (7/23/2007)
