Question: Hi, I am near LA & headed toward Oklahoma City then Denver. Can you tell me when this would need to be delivered & do you have a target price for it?--I have a 26' fully enclosed truck--Thanks in advance!--Skip (12/19/2007)

Response: There is no set date that it would have to be in Evergreen. My big concern is it getting there without any damage. I told my daughter and son-in-law that I would give it to them if they would pay the shiping. They were hoping it could be shiped for around $600.00.
Thanks, Cal (12/19/2007)

Response: Cal, Given the size & weight, would there be help at each end to load & unload?--I am not opposed to hiring some help with the coordination of doing so. Thanks, I will be around today if you can let me know. Do you happen to know or can you guess the weight?--Thanks Again!-Skip (12/20/2007)

Response: Hi Skip,
I was out all day just got your question.
The wt is 1000LBS. I will have the unit ready to load I have a fork lift. There is also a fork lift and loading dock at the other end with plenty of help.
Thanks,cal (12/21/2007)

Response: Cal, Thanks for hte response, I am going as close as Oklahoma City & could do this for $550 if that works for you. I would need to know this morning sometime as I am in your area if you want a formal bid--I would like to earn your business. Thanks Skip (12/21/2007)

Response: Hi Skip,
The price is ok. however I can't get it ready that soon. It is in my basement and I have to get some help to get it out. what is the latest you could pick it up.
Cal (12/21/2007)

Response: Cal, I can stay into the afternoon. I would guess until 4:00 or maybe 5:00, I'm not sure. What works for you? (12/21/2007)

Response: I have acceped your bid please call me ASAP thanks, cal (12/21/2007)

Question: Hi Todd from Nationwide Delivery Systems
How many pieces does this break down into? (12/20/2007)

Response: It can be broken down into 6Pc. The playing surface is the big one at 17' long and 20" wide and 3" thick it weighs 50lbs. per ft. the cradle is 2 pc. at 9' X 31" X 6" not to heavy. then there is the 3 leg pcs. I don't know if it would be better to ship as one unit or break it down.
Cal (12/21/2007)

Response: The only problem I am having in the pricing issues is...i will only have 2 men on the truck at p/u. (12/21/2007)

Question: Do you think it weighs 1,000 lbs?
Todd (12/20/2007)

Response: yes the wt is right at 1000LBS.I have a fork lift here. at the recieving end there is a loading dock and forklift.
Thanks, cal (12/21/2007)

Response: If we need 2 extra people at the p/u. this will run an extra $200 (12/21/2007)

Question: Just to be fair about this...1,000 lbs is really heavy, and for either a $1.00 a lb. or a $1.00 per mile would be a great rate...I know we cannot do this for $600....But I am checking for this rate...$950-$1000...our normal rate would be $1650 at this weight..Please let me know if I should proceed with a bid...we will handle this just like an antique....so you would not have to worry...and it would most likley move directly from p/u. to delivery...Thanks Todd (12/21/2007)

Response: Hi,
I just got a quote for under 600. but they wanted to pick up today and I don't think I can have it ready in time, anyway you would have to be in that price range.
Thanks,
Cal (12/21/2007)
