Response: It sounds reasonable, but we've never done this before, so we have questions. We would put food and water in for them - do you fill it along the way? The dimensions I listed were for each cat's carrier. I would rather just put them both in a larger one so they could be together - is that OK? They haven't traveled before - what if they cry? Should we get them tranquilizers just in case? The delivery is to a military base - pick up might have to be at the gate. OK? Sorry for all the questions, but this is new to us. We probably should be asking other questions that we can't even think of. Your positive ratings make us feel a little better about this. (7/3/2007)
Response: Hello. Yes I stop every 4-5 hours and take care of all the pets needs, at this time I would make sure all dishes were full. A larger kennel is actually better, especially if they like to be around each other. The larger kennel allows a litter pan to be placed in it and still gives them plenty of space. All of the cats I have delivered in the past were OK, some cried for a little while at first, but within an hour they seemed to calm down and were fine. However, If you wanted to supply tranquilizers that would be up to you. I have been on bases before and had to get a visitors pass, if someone could meet me at the gate it would be easier and quicker. I assume you are in the military? If you are, I will do the transport for $250 plus UShip fees(should be around $35), otherwise I would charge $350 plus UShip fees. Response: I completely understand your position, but please bear in mind, family pets are our ONLY business, we supply the travel crate, large enough for both of them plus, a kitty bed, litter box, feed dishes and new dangling catnip toys to keep them from being bored. Response: I like that you provide all that you do, but now I have a new issue. I called their vet and the earliest they can get in is Friday at 4 p.m. (he's been on vaction the last two weeks and is backed up). If you need a health certificate we couldn't have one for you by your departure time. We could provide their medical records, which would show they are up to date on shots (rabies and distemper).
