Question: Hi, I could pick these items up for you in Wichita, Ks on Saturday morning, Dec 15th, between 9am and Noon. Delivery to Raleigh, NC would be 10-14 days after loading. Transport will be in my enclosed cargo trailer for a total door to door fee of $425. It would be extremely helpful if all parts could be boxed except for poles. I have placed a bid for your consideration. Response: Rick, Tom here, if we put this on a pallet its going to be heavy,300--400 lbs, do you have a lift ? Also the poles are at another location so I will have to get it all to one location, this shipment is all based on being paid by buyer, so if I cant get this all completed by 15th, will your price be good for another date? I noticed you have like a trailer, it will hold the 12' poles correct ? Do you want paid upon pickup or delivery ? my guess this would be easier to load and unload not palletized, but your more knowledgeable than I. thanks Tom (12/13/2007)
Response: Hi, Tom. Thanks for your response. I do not have a lift gate so I would prefer to load everything individually. My trailer is 18' in length, so plenty long enough. Response: The way we provide proof of our insurance is we have our agent fax a certificate with your name as the payout in case of any accident. The same could be done for the buyer. Response: the COD thing makes me nervous this is an expensive item, what fee(s) are involved, and how/when would I receive payment, what type of assurance/insurance is involved, I dont want to spend shipping dollars and have something go wrong, I am waiting deposit tommorrow, is the 18th the only day you have for pickup, also do I need to have anything crated or palletized, I will box what I can. Response: I understand. I'm not giving your buyer the shipment til they give me the money. Via U.S. postal money order/ or cash.. So if they agree to that then it isn't a problem.
