Response: The trailer is road ready as far as I know. I purchased it on ebay so all that I have seen so far is pictures. The seller has a hearing problem and won't talk to me over the phone which has made communication difficult. I don't think it has a plate on it but I'm not sure. I would need to ask the seller. Again as far as I know the lights work. I have to pick up the trailer this week. (7/22/2008)
