Additional Information:
There is no travel lift nor do I want to spend the money for a crane! So you must have a hydrolic trailer that can be backed into the water and the boat driven on!
Questions for this shipment:
Question:
IS THE BOAT CURRENTLY IN WATER? I HAVE A KOZAD A LOWBOYS. PLEASE LET ME KNOW. ALSO IS THERE A LIFT I SEE YOU DONT WANT TO SPEND MONEY FOR THAT BUT I WILL RESEARCH TO SEE HOW MUCH THEY WILL CHARGE AND MAYBE I CAN PAY FOR IT. LISA@REDLINE (4/19/2008)
Response:
Yes the boat is currently in the water! No travel lift at this lake at all! Im not sure what a Kozad is? I know what a lowboy trailer is and is that what you would be using? It's not that I dont want to spend the money on a crane but if its not nessary why but if it gets me out of this lake sooner then I wouldnt have a problem paying a crane service! The guy I had haul it from Missouri had a hydrolic trailer that he backed into the lake and I drove it on! I would be using him again but he's to busy to get to me right away and I need it done like yesterday! (4/19/2008)
Response:
WELL I SEE ITS ON A DROP DECK I HAVE THESE TRAILERS BUT I HAVE NO WAY TO LOAD IT WITHOUT A CRANE. LISA@REDLINE (4/19/2008)
Response:
what would you charge me to transport if I was to get a the crane? (4/19/2008)
Response:
I WILL GET TO YOU BY 2:00 CLAIFORNIA TIME WITH THE QUOTE.THANKS LISA@REDLINE (4/19/2008)
Response:
Im still waiting on your quote? Maybe Im not familiar with Cali's time! Is it another time worp? Just funning with yeah!! Whenever you get it to me is fine! Thxs (4/21/2008)
Response:
I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU CONSIDER THE BID FOR 3,500 IF THAT INCLUDES ALL PERMITS AND ESCORTS THAT WILL BE HARD FOR ME TO BEAT.LISA@REDLINE (4/21/2008)
Response:
I DID - LOL - AND THANKS FOR YOUR HELP! JUST CURIOUS - HAVE YOU HAULED MY BOAT BEFORE? (4/21/2008)
Question:
I can water load around May 3rd or 4th. I might want to turn boat around on my trailer using my boat jacks in order to get it lower. It would need to be lifted off at the destination. Would this work for you? Please check out our profile. Thanks, Mike - Century Maritime. P.S. I'm based in Missouri and think I may have hauled this boat before. (4/20/2008)
Response:
Im sure I would be able to find a travel lift at the destination point so thats not a problem. May 3rd or 4th would be fine also! There's a huge dirt parking lot directly up from the ramp that you would be able to use to turn the boat around. I bought the boat from a guy that had it on the ozarks out of osage beach. His last name was coony and the boat was named coon dog so it is very possible that you have moved this boat in the past! (4/20/2008)
Response:
Will there be someone at the origin to drive it to the trailer? Are you sure that the ramp is adequate for load-out? Mike (4/20/2008)
Response:
The ramp is a paved road that continues to go into the lake under 80 feet of water so it will work just fine and I will be with the boat and I will drive it to and on your trailer if thats what you want me to do. You wont fine a better pilot then myself! (4/20/2008)
