Additional Information: 24x44 double wide trailer - 2 pcs 12x44 ea, weight 8000lbs ea pc.. Trailer is ready for pick up and transport , Trailers have wheels and tow hitch. Need moved from Charleston SC to Spotsylvania, VA 22553. Transportation needed only no set-up. Report a Violation

Response: Trailers were moved approx. 100 miles using a Ford F350 super duty truck with little strain or effort to the truck. trailer is in 2 pieces ea measuring 12' tall, 11'6" wide, 44' long, 50' with the tow hitch tongue. Hitch is 2 5/16 ball and ea piece has dual axles with regular mobile home tires. Pieces are seperated and ready for transport. There will be no set-up or tear down invovled, only transport/towing. Question: redmant, Can do this move for you if we can get right on it. I have mapped the rout at 539.54 miles by my GPS. Would you be willing to purchase the permits through SC, NC and VA. Permits should not be more than around $100.00 for all three and should not need to have an escort as is not over 13' in width. Will need to run Wide or Oversize load signs, flags to all four corners and overhead flashers. Would not be cheap. Would price at $999.00 per trip. Have experience with Oversize loads. Thanks! Response: I would be willing to pay for the permits, my calculations around $88.00, I would assume you would apply for them though. I may be changing the destination to Spotsylvania VA 22553 which is a shorter distance straight up I95 - How would that change the price any? (3/13/2006)

Response: Closed deal on trailer(s), owner is preping for shipment, both equipped with electric brakes. Do you plan on 2 seperate trips or will you use 2 trucks and deliver both pieces at same time? Would you be able to move these on Friday 31 Mar or Saturday 1 Apr? What info do you need for the permits? What do I have to do?. (3/14/2006)
