I need to have these electronics packaged and shipped.
26: trading floor telephones. These are larger than normal phones, about 7 lbs each and the size a home fax machine.
23: accessories that connect to the phones. they are about 2 lbs 8" x 4" x 3".
3: larger computers/servers that weigh about 30lbs each. They are about 36" x 15" x 6".
This equipment needs to be packaged and shipped to me in Bethlehem PA and is currently located in Houston, TX. I have packed these phones for transport before and can provide a safe/secure/cheap method if you win the bid. I think all of the gear could be stacked on a pallet a few feet high.
In a perfect world you would be able to pickup the equipment Tuesday June 19th at 8pm. I need the equipment fast & cheap so if it makes the difference in your price or staying on your route & being able to meet me sooner I am willing to meet up within 100 miles of 18020.

6/20/2012 Response: Sorry, No. I was trying to explain that another company can pack & ship the equipment for me for much less than your first offer. I had called several pack/ship & freight forwarding companies before listing on here.

6/20/2012 Response: I plan to have my consultant in TX drop the equipment off at a pack/ship place on Richmond. They have quoted me $600 for the whole job...packing/shipping/etc. Unless I can get a good bid on here thats my plan. Thanks for the interest.
