Response: Yes --- me. However, you will need more than a dolly --- it will need to be a jack-type lift (like for refrigerators) and ideally, there will be a mechanical lift devive to lift it up to the truck height (it would be difficult to push it up a ramp, especially if there is any type of lip at the top of the ramp). I can use plywood to help us get it inside/outside of the doorway to the residences. (5/5/2008)

Response: Probably about 100' at both residences; however, it is all concrete, no obstructions, and pretty flat. (5/6/2008)
