Questions for this shipment:

Question: HI, IS THERE ANY HELP TO LOAD AND UNLOAD? IF SO I WILL DELIVER VERY CAREFULLY IN AN ENCLOSED TRAILER FOR $625 TOTAL COST, DOOR TO DOOR. I WILL LEAVE A BID AND YOU CAN SEE MY EXCELLENT FEEDBACKS. THANKS, TOM.(GOTERDIDTRANS) (12/6/2007)
Response: Yes, there will be someone there. I'm still interested in setting this up, I've just been so busy during the holidays. Are you still intersted in doing this? Thanks. (1/4/2008)
Question: you still need this done? thanks (12/24/2007)
Response: Yes, I do. Been so busy during the holidays, but I need to get serious about this. Thanks. (1/4/2008)
Response: Thanks for the response, we have already left the area and not returning anytime soon. (1/4/2008)
Response: okay, thanks. (1/4/2008)
Response: your welcome, good luck. (1/4/2008)
Question: sorry no feed back yet. I am just starting out. I am going to Georgia to pick up my new 28ft enclosed trailer for shipping stuff. I have insurance already 50,000.00 What is the value of your cargo? I would sure appreciate your business. Pick up one day deliver next your feed back is very important to me. What is your target price? (1/3/2008)
Question: Are you going to wrap and pack these items? I have a cargo van for secure transport. I deliver all types of gallery art from atrist to gallery and galleries to buyers. Check my profile and feedback and let me know what your target price is. I am in Fl now heading to your area. I have wraps and padding for the ride but I do not pack. Thank you, Todd. (1/7/2008)
Response: I'm down here in Georgia. My brother is up in Chicago and plans to help, but what do you mean by wrap and pack? He will put loose items in boxes, but he doesn't have the proper materials to protect the art work. Some is make out of metal, but some is plaster, so it's delicate. He will be more than happy to help you pack the truck/van. As far as the price is, the lowest quote I recevied was for $210. I willing to pay more with proof of insurance and references. Let me know what you think. Thanks for the inquiry, Aline. (1/7/2008)
Response: My feedback is my references. I am not allowed to give any other contact info unless the bid I put in is accepted. I have $1million non-trucking liability, $300,000 covers any cargo. $210 is pretty cheap. I can not match that. Thank you, Todd. (1/7/2008)
Response: Todd, I have to apologize. I'm trying to catch up from the holidays and failed to check out your feedback. I'm normally not this 'ditzy', ha, ha. Anyway, I'd appreciate a quote when you get a chance. Thanks, Aline (1/7/2008)
Response: I am working my way back to Mi via Chicago. I would p/u on my way to Mi and deliver within the next week. Or, I would have to come back and get the items. Is that a complete list of items being shipped? How big is the table? Does it fold or the legs fold? I would do the shipping with no other person touching your items. Direct p/u and delivery by me. If there is quite a bit of stuff, I am looking at $425-$500. I take personal care of art items. Let me know what you think. Thank you for responding, Todd. (1/7/2008)
Response: That sounds good. My brother can meet you at my mom's house. That's a pretty complete list, 10-12 pieces of art, an old sewing machine with cabinet, and maybe 3 boxes of stuff, if that much. The table is 7' long, 1 1/2' wide and about 3' high. It doesn't fold. My father made it in the 1960's, and like everything else your moving has move sentimental value that anything elsel. Your price sounds fine. What a good day, so I can let my brother know? Oh, yeah, and I'm new at this. Do I have to press some "Accept" button somewhere? :) Thanks, Aline (1/8/2008)
Response: I will contact you here tonight around 7 or 8 and place a formal bid. Half or all $ on p/u and half on delivery. I am on the road right now. Thank you for you consideration. Talk to you later. (1/8/2008)
Response: I'm leaaving my office in about 2 hours and won't be able to see my email until tomorrow morning. Hopefully you can give me a specific day also, so I can call my brother and make sure he's in town. Also, he tells me it's more like 13 pieces of art, some very small, but he's concerned about the plaster ones. I told him you are accustomed to moving art work and you had packing and wrap. Also, that table is only about 1 1/2' high. Let me know if you have any other questions that I can answer tomorrow. Thanks. (1/8/2008)
Response: I think you misunderstood. I usually do not pack and wrap. That is why I asked you that question. I have wraps and padding to put around the boxes and larger items that can not be packaged. I was hoping to load on Thurs morning. I can help pack, but he will need to have bubble wrap and newspaper or foam. If the table does not break down or fold, I will have to charge full price. It would take up more space where I could put something else. I can do all of this for you, no problem, as long as everything is agreed upon. My customers are very pleased. Let me know asap. It is Tues night 9pm and I will be looking for your e-mail in the morning. Thank you very much, Todd. I will make sure we are good with everything in the morning and I will bid. Then you will see where to accept and we can talk after contact info is given after bid is accepted. (1/8/2008)
Response: No, I know you don't wrap, but you said you have wrap and padding that you could put around the pieces of sculpture, right? The table does not fold, it's a wooden table with tile on top. Unfortunately, my brother won't be able to make it up there this week. He can't get there until next Sunday or Monday. Thanks. (1/9/2008)
Response: Godd luck to you. Thanks anyway. (1/9/2008)
Question: Should say, "good luck". Sorry. (1/9/2008)
Response: thanks. sorry we couldn't get it coordinated. (1/9/2008)
Question: Hi. I see it didn't work for you. Sorry. I might be able to help you in a couple of weeks. I am going to Fl and will be back in aweek or so. Still interested? Let me know. I would like to try and help you. Thanks, Todd. (1/15/2008)
Response: Hi, Todd. I'd need it sooner than later, and have one possibility, but if that doesn't pan out, I will certainly let you know. Thanks for getting back to me. Aline (1/16/2008)
Response: Okay. I will be back at the end of next week. Probably Thursday or Friday. Just be careful. Feedback is important I think. But I am sure you will use good judgement. Thank you. (1/16/2008)
Response: Okay. Thanks a bunch! (1/16/2008)
Response: Thanks. I could have it down there by the weekend if I p/u on Thurs or Fri. I think I have an item coming back to South Bend. Have a good day. (1/16/2008)
Question: I could pick up the items on the 22 January and deliver them on the 24 Jan does that work for you let me know. Wade45 (1/15/2008)
Response: Hi. I have to apologize.....I called you Todd. Sorry, guess I have too much going on in my head! Please let me know if next week will work, and we can go ahead and finalize. Thanks! Aline (1/16/2008)
Response: Yes next week. I always call one day in advance and also keep in touch about the time pick up and deliveries happen. Good communication is a must.Wade45 (1/16/2008)
