  • Shipment Details: old Pantograph machine, approximately 600lbs. I have not seen this yet. My friend in Kalispell bought it but hasn't been able to figure shipping out. Its in santa cruz, I'm in Fresno. going to pick it up in two days but need to get it to kalispell still. would rather take it straight from santa cruz

Question: I can do it 2nd or 3rd week of August I will be in Santa Cruz for another pickup going to Missoula, My home town. Easy then for me to get it to Kalispell, See my profile and Feedback, Will go in enclosed trailer, does not have to be on pallet. Will need help loading. jsuprock. (7/18/2008)

Response: HI, This should work well if "manual loading" is not a problem. I have 2 furniture dolly's that it could be rolled into the trailer on if we can get it up on them I could also bring a portable crane if there is a way to attach to the machine without damage. How big is this really? Length width hight? I should have plenty of room but I want to know what were dealing with here. No stairs or other problems? I am 55+ and not going to pick this up by my self. Can you upload picture? If 2nd or 3rd week will work for you should be perfect as I am in Santa Cruz then for another pickup. Response: I don't have pictures of the exact machine, but one like it, I'll try to upload. second week is better third week fine. weekend better for me as saves me taking time off work. I'll bring another guy with me. no stairs. machine is on casters, which I either need to remove once loaded or block so it doesn't roll. I just need to get an exact date as soon as possible so I can let the guy in Santa Cruz know. He's not real happy I don't think that I didn't go up there today, but knows its a better arrangement if we can get it to Kalispell. Thanks! (7/19/2008)
Response: I am on line now. I googled this type of machine and have an idea what it is. Should be no problem especially with casters. I can block them in the trailer as well as strap down. I think it will be week of the 11th, early in week, possibly Sunday but would not bet on it. I think it will be no problem. John Suprock, Missoula MT (7/19/2008)
