Question: Hi, I would like to place a bid on your shipment but just wanted to clarify: the picture is one one storage at 8x8x8, correct? The other storage is the same size with the same amount of contents? Ideally, the dimensions of each item would be helpful but I understand that this may not be possible. A big help would be to find out if the tables can be disassembled, and how full the other storage area is. By the looks of the picture it appears only half full, at about 200 cubic feet so this makes a huge difference in determining space needed and weight. If the other storage was a mirror image of the other, at 400 cu', I would estimate a bid at around $2500. Thanks! Steve (9/18/2009)
Response: yes, the other storage bin is the same size, but not stacked as high, more chairs and non stackable items in that one. the tables are already disassembled. the other storage bin is not as full as the pictured one. I am sorry that I do not have exact dimensions and descpritions of all of the items. they are all pretty standard sized desks, chairs and tables. (9/21/2009)
Response: That's okay, I have a better indication now. It was difficult to place a bid before without your response. I calculate that you probably have somewhere between 400-500 cubic feet of items to go. I have a truck making pick-ups in SF later this week and can handle this load. Drop off would be the following week, the 2nd or 3rd, being most probable. Total price including labor, cargo insurance from Budget Truck, etc. would be $2500. Response: Steve - thank you for your quick responses. We would like to go with you. I just spoke with the guy that was out there a few weeks ago and based on how the items are stacked, he thinks it is about 700 cu ft of stuff. I just want to make sure you have enough room in your truck and can give me a new quote with the extra cu ft.

Response: Hi, thanks for the consideration. I think that 700 cubic feet would be just a bit too much for my current load. However I do have a shipment starting the 7th of October out of SF, with planned arrival on the east coast by the 15th. If these dates would work for you then I will keep my bid at $2500. If these dates work for you please let me know and I will place a formal bid. Response: Yes, the later date is fine too. One more thing (sorry) we need to have some furniture dropped off at the Wayne, PA office and then the balance moved to a storage unit 2.5 miles from the office. Is this something you can handle too?
