Response: Sorry but according to FMCSA your mc # is not active yet.I can't take the chance...the dot in Fla. are really patrolling heavy especially on the turnpike. Good luck! (9/22/2009)

Response: it is new and the insurance filings may not have been processed yet. what does my mc number have to do with you hauling the load? also it has been through several checkpoints and weigh stations along the way from houston (9/22/2009)

Response: I'm a legal carrier and did not want to run the risk of picking up a "hot" load or trailer. There are a lot of illegal carriers on this site and you have to be extremely carefull. You may have been 'THRU' a lot of weigh stations but if they run your numbers you could be in deep trouble until you are "active" in the safer system. Good Luck ! (9/22/2009)
