Question: Can this be straped to the top of my van ?? (3/10/2008)
Response: oh yea, ive strapped it to the top of my grand cherokee and driven all over the southeast us. you just have to support it a little. Firm foam rubber blocks keep it from sliding. (3/10/2008)
