Response: Hi. It's actually my bf's couch and he lives on the 2nd floor. There is only one stairwell to go up , it is kind of steep. but the couch got up there a few years ago so i'm pretty sure it can go back down. Then the new condo has much easier access it is on the 2nd floor as well but there is an elevator. The drive is from greenwich to stamford. which is 10 minutes apart. Are you local? I will have to wait to get back to you because we are confirming the closing date of the condo--it is supposed to be this friday. Which is why the couch would need to be moved in this saturday (3/29). Its hard to coordinate this stuff, i appreciate your reply and will keep in correspondence if it will work out-pending my bf's confirmation of the condo closing date. Thank You. (3/26/2008)
