Additional Information: also three duffle bags w/clothes, one large plastic bin, one small plastic bin. everything is pakced/wrapped except bike, golf bag, desk, nightstand, vacuum cleaner and TV (i am working on the TV). both buildings will be walk-ups. there is gated entry at the pickup location.

Response: it seems it's typical to pay a 25% down payment and the balance upon delivery. is this acceptable to you? (4/17/2008)

Response: both buildings will be walk-ups aka no elevator. the boxes are all at a weight that I can lift so prof. movers should have no problem. the duffel bags are packed with clothes and are bit heavy for me, but have wheels! (4/17/2008)

Response: April 30th is the the last day of my lease, so it is firm. i am flexible on the delivery date, however. thanks! (4/17/2008)
