Question: Last chance to catch this truck through LA/TX, please see my reduced bid below, thank you ~Mary @ JP's Pianos. (9/22/2009)

Response: What are the dates that this truck is going to be in la/tx.. (9/22/2009)

Response: They leave MI tomorrow - stops in OH, TN, gulf coast of FL, then LA into TX. Guestimate LA in about 5 or 6 days, delivery in TX within couple days thereafter (we have 11 stops throughout TX, must go geographically). I keep in touch with all customers via email as to the location of our truck daily so everyone knows when to expect us. ~Mary @ JP's Pianos (9/22/2009)

Response: let me know the date they will be in pick up area. If the drop off, TX, date is a Saturday or Sunday I can be home but if it is a weekday I need to make arrangements. The person at the pick up(LA) has a flexible schedule. Or I can try next time you have a truck in the area. (9/22/2009)

Response: I can't possibly know the exact date for pickup or delivery until the truck gets closer to those destinations. Traffic, roadwork, FLOODS, may play into the truck's progress which is why I email everyone every morning with the truck's whereabouts. The men on the truck call each customer before heading to their stop with an idea of timing, that's all any Long Distance shipper can do for each customer. I'm not sure when we'll be in your area again ... ~Mary (9/22/2009)

Response: the emails and phone call updates will be good enough for me to make arrangements. Is it too late to except the bid? I forgot to say that there is a piano bench also.

Response: Lucky the truck hasn't left MI - expected to start run early tomorrow morning, so you can still hop on this trip. I'll rebid now, but need to know ASAP as I'm completing the paperwork so the fellas have everything they need before they leave the office.
~Mary @ JP's Pianos (9/23/2009)

Response: sorry. I wanted to accept the bid but I had to go to work. no email access there. I did not get home till 2 AM and it had expired. I'll check email around 10:30 am, if it's still possible to get in. thanks for your time. (9/24/2009)

Response: Our truck is handling 4 stops in FL today, expect to be in Louisiana sometime tomorrow afternoon/evening. If you'd like to jump on this run, I need to know TODAY. ~Mary @ JP's Pianos. (9/26/2009)

Question: Can I do this for you this weekend? My bottom dollar will be posted. Let me know if this is suitable for you. I will pick up Sat. morning and deliver exclusive to Houston for you by noon. Thanks for your response. (9/23/2009)

Response: no, sorry (9/23/2009)

Response: No, sorry. That's it. Sorry I wasted my time. Good luck. This site sucks. (9/23/2009)

Response: thanks for your reply. At this time I am working at accepting another bid. received many bids and questions and it was hard to reply to all. was short on time and left a short answer, sorry (9/24/2009)

Question: Would the 1st or 2nd weekend of Oct. be ok for a ship date.We can pickup sat or sun . (savage101) (9/23/2009)

Response: thanks for your reply. At this time I am working at accepting another bid. (9/24/2009)

Response: I'am delivering a piano to Sunset,Louisanna on 10-10 from Houston at 12:00am I can pick up for you and be back around 8:00pm dependes on wow long it takes to go from Sunset to your location, then back to Houston.I live in Montogomery just 30 miles from Spring. This is the reason the bid is low. Your piano will be the only thing on the trailer for better protection on the move.If you accept this bid it will have to ship on 10-10. We are coming back anyway.(savage101) (9/25/2009)

Response: I was away from the house since Friday. I guess you mean you will be in Sunset at 12:00 PM? I think I am going to do this. sounds really good. It is a player piano. I listed 300 lbs but it is very heavy not sure how much and there is a bench, also there may be a box of rolls that go with it If it's OK or I can get those later. I am moving it from my dad's house to mine. I am in Klein/spring. Louetta near Champion's forest DR. Is it an enclosed trailer? how do you handle the piano as far as wrapping it to protect it? I would guess it is about and 1 1/2 hours from Sunset to Lake Charles. Is this OK? Ann (9/27/2009)

Response: We do have an enclosed trailer. As for shipping we will wrap the piano with shipping blankets to insure no scratching and strap down with tie downs to keep it from shifting. The time for delivery will no later than 7:00 pm (savage101) (9/27/2009)
