Additional Information: The mattress in my house has to be picked up, wrapped in cardboard, and shipped back to the mattress company who will fix it. I live in an apartment in Manhattan, NY and there is an elevator and three steps at the building entrance. Parking is not easy in front of the building. Better if 2 people come and one waits in the truck. The mattress should fit in the elevator. Report a Violation
