Jim (12/7/2007)

Response: Hi Shipper, We cant exchange contact info over this, After a bid is accepted then contact info is released. Until then we need to communicate through this. How can we help? (12/7/2007)

Response: Hello
Your bid looks good. I don't have a date set yet for this move. Are you set up to haul a cutaway full keel sailboat? I have a million questions - how do we make a deal?
Jim (12/7/2007)

Response: Hi Jim, The trailer holds up to a 38ft and 22000lbs. , It does have the pads and other adjustments, Actually if you click on (chrisship), you can see the trailer in our profile, I beleive it is picture # 8. As far as dates, I can book you an open window, Once you accept, we can work all that out over the phone as our contact info will be released, dates, address's, times, deposit, numbers, etc. Let me know, Thanks!!! (12/7/2007)

Response: Hello again
I haven't made the final arrangements on the boat I want to move. What's my obligation to you if I accept your bid. I'll need time to work out the arrangements to haul out the boat. I also need help with the decommission.
Jim
(12/8/2007)

Response: After you accept, we will confirm all info(address's, names , #'s, etc. ) then we will generate an invoice agreement with all info, send it via e-mail or fax, you look it over, if everything is fine, you pay the deposit. We then send you another invoice confirming the deposit is paid and the date is secured. As far as the dates we can give you a window that you think will work for you and it will stipulate day will be finalized with 5 day notice. (12/8/2007)

Response: everything sounds great. what about the decommissioning process. Also, you mention a 5 day window. If I accept your bid, I'll need more than 5 days to determine when I can make this move. (12/9/2007)

Response: Example= you say from Jan 1st to Jan 5th is expected pick up . 5 days before the 1st you confirm with us. If you need to move it then we will offer you the next available window. As far as the prep, can you just have the mast stepped down? Also what is the length of the mast? (12/9/2007)

Response: That sounds fine to me. I'll a couple of weeks before I can commit to a date. The masts are not long as the boat is a ketch. I have to find a marina to unstep them - shouldnt be a problem. How long do I have to make a deposit to secure our agreement? thanks
Jim (12/11/2007)

Response: When ever you are ready to accept , just let us know and we will give you available dates. As far as holding on to the price we gave you, I cannot promise anything on that, We do reserve a right to cancel the bid. If costs go up or get real busy in that area, we may have to cancel the bid. I fyou secure it now than we are commited. Let me know, Thanks for all your response, Chris (12/11/2007)

Response: Hi Shipper, Thanks for your response, Yes , once you accept all our contact info will be released, then we will confirm all info with you , dates, address's, deposit, names and numbers etc. We will then send you an invoice agreement after all is confirmed and you look it over and if all is OK with you, we will lock your date in.
