Response: The Health Certificate and Coggins are needed to get over the state line. If you were able to get one done today we could pu both horses for $680. The vet that did the Coggins should be able to issue the HC fairly quick. Please see my profile. Thanks, Kelli, Lazy L (7/3/2008)
