Questions for this shipment:

Question: We offer a 30' enclosed box truck with a 4000lb lift gate to assist, no ramps are needed. Fully insured and owner operator. If your needing a haul soon please accept and contact us prior. Feedback is always positive. (6/27/2008)
Question: Just curious if you are sure on the weight. Its a deciding factor for me if i can bid or not. Thanks, Ian (spazster34) Johansen Second Chances Transport Kennewick WA (6/27/2008)
Response: Hi, The lathe is between 9500 and 10000 lbs. (7/1/2008)
Response: Ok thanks. It would put me over wieght for my licensing and registration on my truck. Good luck on your shipment, Ian (7/1/2008)
Question: Thank you for you re-bid request. I am in the Sacramento area tonight and will be in Jamestown tomorrow afternoon. I need to double check on some scheduling arrangements first thing in the morning (July 2) to make sure I can stay in the area an extra day. I will know by 11:00 a.m. tomorrow (July 2) if I can still deliver your lathe to Gardnerville. Unfortunately I will be working within a VERY tight window. If all works out I can be in Fremont the night of July 2, pick up the lathe the morning of July 3 and deliver it late that afternoon. If I can make this work I will place a bid by 11:00 AM on July 2 but need to have a confirmation no later than 3:00 P.M. the same day. If no confirmation is received I will be leaving Jamestown and heading north on I5 towards Redding by a late afternoon. Unfortunately since an extra day is now involved I will have to add $50 to cover an extra overnight motel stay bringing my bid to $450. If this still works let me know ASAP. Thanks, Mike (MK62L) (7/2/2008)
Response: Hi, That would be OK. But I need to know what type of trailer you haul with? Thanks, Eric - Machinery Source (7/2/2008)
Response: The trailers I have access to are between 24’ and 26’ flatbed gooseneck trailers. Ones a 20k and the other is a 26k capacity. Sorry I could not get online earlier. My schedule is not allowing me to stay an extra day down in your area. I may be able to work something out with in the next week or two for right around the $400-$450 range again. How soon must the lathe be shipped? If you give me a max end date I will work hard to try and accommodate your shipment. Again, sorry for not being able to get online sooner today to answer your question. Mike (MK62L) (7/2/2008)
Question: Hey Eric, I will be back in your area next week around the 9th. Let me know if your still interested in getting that lathe to Gardnerville. Thanks, Mike (MK62L) (7/3/2008)
Question: Hey Eric, last chance to book before my days are full this week. I'll be in the area this week and can hone down to the exact day if you still need this moved. Let me know. Thanks, Mike (MK62L) (7/7/2008)
Response: Can you deliver Friday? The machine is at Dunkel Cousins Machinery Moving, [address removed]., Fremont, CA. They will need some advance notice to make sure one of there riggers is on site to load you, etc. Thanks, Eric - Machinery Source Inc., [address removed] Gardnerville, NV PS: I guess you'll have to call information as they don't allow phone numbers to be sent. (7/8/2008)
Response: Hey Eric, sorry about this, but is seems we are batting a thousand on this one. At this point Friday is a no go as I need to be back at home base by then. I have one customer in front of you that I promised a delivery back in Eureka by Thursday. The best I can do is a late work day pick up tomorrow or a morning pickup Thursday if my other customer can be flexible. Is Thursday even a possibility for you? If not, I should be back in the area by the end of next week. If you would like we can just lock down a date early and that way we don't have this last minute shuffle we've been missing each other with. Just let me know what works. Thanks again, Mike (7/8/2008)
Response: Mike, Thursday would be fine. If it works for the movers. Do you want to look up there number. Also go I need to make the otder through Uship first? Maybe you can look up my number as I can't send it through this service.I'm nottrying to go around them. Thanks, Eric (7/8/2008)
Response: It's looking better for me to be able to do the shipment this week. I'll know for sure in the morning. I just have to clear one last thing with my scheduling. If I can, I will rebid, you can accept it and we can get all the contact numbers the way Uship wants them to be passed on. That way I don't get in trouble with Uships code of ethics criteria. One way or the other I'll let you know BEFORE I leave the motel in the morning and lose the internet for the day. One last thing to be clear, there IS a forklift or other means to unload this in Gardnerville, correct? Thanks, Mike (7/8/2008)
Question: The rearrangement didn't quite work out due to some timing constraints. I will rebid at the discounted rate one more time for the end of next week. It has to be either Thursday or Friday and I need to know before my bid expires which will allow this to go smoothly and make sure there is no more conflicts in scheduling . Thanks again, Mike (MK62L) (7/9/2008)
