Response: Try boiling some rice and feed that to him. About a medium size bowl full. Do this about 2 times and feed regular and that should help. Just keep the windows open and plenty of fresh air. That effect wont last long. Did that with a boxer and he gained 19 lbs after only 2 feeding. (11/4/2009)

Response: Yes walking is good for the muscle gain. Also you can try satin balls that you can give as treats and it helps weight gain. Also dont just leave the food bowl down all day. If your dog wont eat take the bowl away. Some dogs have to be trained to eat. You can google the satin ball recipe. One other thing make sure the dog food has meat as a #1 ingredient.
