Question: Good morning. I'm putting a load together and hope to be back on the road soon for a return trip South. I always try to be upfront. On my last run, the tranny in my truck decided to go south in a major way, and I'm scrambling to get her fixed, but without the needed funds, I'm stuck between a rock and a hard spot, so I am here before you with "Hat in Hand". Once I get a load pre-booked, it will be about 3 days to have her back on the road. If you can be a bit flexible in p/u and delivery on this, and there would be some assist with loading and unloading, I can del this for 400, if pre-booked, and, given my current circumstances, paid at bid acceptance via PayPal, etc. While caution is understandable, PLEASE review my profile and feedback, I think it speaks for my honesty and integrity..its just that until I get my "Beastie" fixed, I'm sitting dead in the water. Response: actually no.. my initial quote was for 400 if paid at bid acceptance(which was a discounted offer)which you said you were not interested in, so the rate went to 400..the standard rate. Nowhere did I state I would do this for 250. I think you have rates confused with another bidder. (10/8/2008)
