Questions for this shipment:

Question: Do you still need this transported? GZTOP. (8/15/2008)
Response: Still waiting for transport... (8/15/2008)
Response: $1500? (8/16/2008)
Response: $1500 will work gz. Want to add a 400lb. crate for additional fee? (aprox.3'x4'x6'- not crucial- we'd have to talk about the pick up site location) (8/16/2008)
Response: How would the crate be loaded/unloaded? It would go in the back of a pick-up truck, and where is the crate in relation to the CJ5? Does the CJ have a top? GZTOP. (8/16/2008)
Response: The crate(contains hit & miss engine w/ wood saw) is currently south of Sacramento.(Lompac,Ca.) I figure it'd only be worth it if you were down that way, or if it was trucked up to southern Oregon before you grab it. If this senario is a hassle, or stalls my Jeep transport much, I wouldn't be interested, as it's not even for me. I'm just throwing it out there if by chance it worked out. I,m told it's loadable @ its current spot. The jeeps location probably has lifting equipment, as it's @ a car repair garage. It can be unloaded in CT by my forklift or hoist. As for the cj5: It's got a full roll cage & soft top w/ doors. If neccasary, cage could be removed & windshield folded over to reduce height. The cage would still need to come with however. I'm flexable w/ the exact destination location. I/ve got a truck & equipment trailer, and access to commercial sites if neccasary. (8/16/2008)
Response: Lompoc is a couple of hundred miles south of Sacramento. Here is my timeframe if this works out. Pick up the CJ in Central Point on Sunday the 31 or Monday Sept 1, depending on access to the CJ. Nothing has to be taken off or changed on the CJ. If the box can be at the auto shop at the same time, so much the better. I have no immediate plans for So Cal at this time, so picking it up is not an option. If you can get it there, cheap back to Conn with me. It needs to be weather proof though as it will not be covered. I am also assuming the CJ is ok to be out in the weather. I am assuming rain for the trip as I have never made one this time of year without thunderstorms. Delivery to you in Conn will be the following weekend, door to door. $1500 cash and I will provide you with an invoice, extra $150 for the crate if picked up in OR, or if picked up in Lompoc, considerably more expensive as the trip down will be specifically for the crate. Let me know as time is getting near. Thanks. GZTOP (8/16/2008)
Response: That's all good with me, crate or not. By the way- that's Cave Junction, not Central Point. That crate & its contents can handle the weather conditions. The CJ's finish is rough & can handle the conditions as well... I'll see that the top is battoned down for highway speed & wind. I'll let you know about the crate a.s.a.p.- how do I go about doing that? Thanks- J.Carlson (8/17/2008)
Response: Cave Junction/Central Point. same thing almost. Bid coming your way. Please accept or reject asap as I will have planning to do. Thanks. GZTOP (8/17/2008)
Response: Uship says I pay a deposit on my card of around $130+ & pay you $1,365.00 @ delivery. We had talked earlier about $1,500 cash. Can you clarify what I'll owe you @ delivery so I can accept your bid? Thanks- J.Carlson (8/18/2008)
Response: Yes, when I quoted you $1500, [content removed - To avoid confusion on the part of the customer, TSP’s may no longer mention “uShip fees”, "uShip commission", or similar language in their Q&A – this will now be a flaggable offense as bids must be all inclusive. -uShip] and when I deliver, you would pay me for the trip. If you accept, they will provide us with individual contact info. Thanks. GZTOP (8/18/2008)
Question: By paying me, I meant the $1365. GZTOP. (8/18/2008)
Response: That's a rodger. I'll accept bid. Over & out. (8/18/2008)
