I know my target price is low because of the long distance, but this due to the fact that the jon boat is very light(approx 225 lbs) and the boat only costs $2000 new from the factory where you would pick it up. I know my only hope is to get someone who needs a backhaul from the boats location in Vallejo, CA to my location in Beaufort, SC. I know the Klamath Boat Co. is looking for carriers to do LTL shipments, but I am just one customer trying to get a boat from this company. The maximum I could pay for freight would be $350.
