What is the width of each half? You have 35 feet wide listed, I know this is not right. Is transportation the only service you are requiring in this bid?

Response: : There is NO WAY it is 40 feet WIDE, it may be 40 feet long, not WIDE. The width of each unit is critical for a accurate bid as escort and possible poilice escort may be needed. The widest each section can be is 16 feet but may be as narrow as 10 ft. Please measure and let us know how wide each section is and how many section needs moved. Do you need it taken apart or is it ready to hook up and go down the road?12/25/2009

Response: : They do not make pieces 20 feet WIDE, measure again! I am not trying to be smart, just trying to help but I can not give a price for complete job unlesss I know the width. I have been doing this type of business for 27 years. If each section is 15 feet or over (16 feet is the max it can be by both De and MD law) you need police escort and can not go across route 50 bridge in MD. This adds well over a thousand dollars to the price alone. For complete teardown, move and set up including utilities is in the range of 5-8000. What do you mean by someone has to load and unload it? If it is a doublewide home you hook to the hitch and tow it. Will this be unblocked,seperated, wrapped and ready to just hook up and go?
