hi shipper, we'll be in Boise in a couple of days - next trip is to CA and we'd love to transport your piano. What is your budget for this move? How many steps at origin? How many steps at delivery? We transport many estate items, antiques, pianos and special care items. Looking forward to working with you.

Response: Hello. Our budget is $350.00. We are not in a rush for the piano. We are willing to work with you on a time frame. Both homes are single stories so not steps. 7/22/2011

hi shipper. asked Frank and we'd love to transport for you. Will a bid in the $375 - $400 range work for you? And can you arrange loading assistance at origin? Normally, Frank loads and unloads unassisted but he's recovering from a shoulder injury and it's still is a little cranky.

Response: We can meet you at $375. Unfortunately, my grandfather is quite elderly and we do not have someone at origin that could assist. In Lancaster it will not be an issue. I have a few more questions for you. Will the piano be insured? What are the dates of moving the piano and arrival? Payment of service? Thank you.7/23/2011

Response: : We'll take care of extra help at origin if it's needed. Frank will be in Boise probably Monday. He's in Utah today - delivering an antique organ. Pickup and delivery are always at the customer's convenience - he'll call the day before to see what time is convenient. From Boise, he's headed home (Seattle) and will head south early August. We do not provide cargo insurance. Payment is cash on delivery - other options are available. Please check our feedback by clicking on our name - click through the pics on our profile for examples of our packaging - the last pic is a piano. Also, on shipments between family members, we invite you to include a couple of boxes or small items - no charge. It might be your only opportunity to obtain items that are loaded with memories and we enjoy being a part of that. I'll bid.7/23/2011

It would probably work better for me if it was Sunday, because I wouldn't have to take it to Seattle with me, but I will do whatever is easier for you. Delivery isn't scheduled yet, but it would be at the latest the end of August. I can't come down on the price more than the $205.00 that I have already come down, but that price includes full value insurance. Your piano would be stored in our climate controlled warehouse in SLC until it leaves for California. Please let me know as soon as you can, so I can arrange things accordingly. Thaks, John Barrus
