Response: Hi! From what I know, the piano is at a storage facility with a loading dock (I am sure there are helpers you can get for $10....)----at the destination, yes, there is help, I will be here, and I can get another one if necessary. It is a regular piano store, ground level...no set up, just bring it in. (8/16/2009)
