Questions for this shipment:

Question: What is your timeframe to have this moved? The weather is going to get worse and the lighter the trailer, the worse they are in bad road conditions. I primarily haul aircraft and know how fragile they can be! Please let me know a little bit more of the specifics. Thanks, John Plato -Mountain Man Helicopter Hauling (11/1/2009)
Response: Hi John I am flying over tomorrow to finalise the purchase and get it transported to the local storage yard. While I am there I will see about/organise licensing and registration for the trip across to ND. If it all works out, I would like to think it would be ready for transport by the end of the week. The trailer has been stored at a museum in a hangar for at least a year and a half, so I also have to make sure it is as roadworthy as they say (when I saw it last year it certainly was). Let me know if you have any more questions - I will be able to provide more detailed photos of the actual trailer if necessary just as soon I get there get back (Thursday) Nick (11/2/2009)
Question: hi Nick I can pick it up around the 18th for $1K if that will work (11/3/2009)
Response: Hi Alex Thank you for the reply. I just have a couple of questions. Is the cost for shipping it on one of your own trailers or tow-away? I would prefer it to go on a trailer. What is the time frame for delivery? The pick up is no longer a storage yard - the seller is letting me leave it with him until it is picked up. The final destination however is still a storage yard in North Dakota. Talk to you soon Nick (11/4/2009)
Response: Hi Nick, I would be pulling it. Pick up the 18th deliver in 2 days (11/4/2009)
Response: Excellent! I have just been to see the seller and the trailer. The trailer is in roadable condition and the seller has a temporary 3-day registration to get it to ND. The 18th will work well for him, I just have to check my own worktime table when I get home (I am at an airport internet cafe) for the 20th. I plan on meeting you at the storage yard in ND with the 1000USD in cash - is this acceptable for you? This is my first time using uship, what is the next step from here? Do you have to bid on it in order for me to accept it? I will be back home this evening. Talk to you shortly Nick (11/5/2009)
Response: Hi nick, yes I need to bid and as soon as you accept we will get each others contact info to talk on the phone. Cash on delivery is fine but I do need a deposit sent via Paypal when I book it (11/5/2009)
Response: Hi again I have an active Paypal account, so a deposit is no problem. This would also solve another issue - if I am working when the trailer arrives, and I am not able to meet you. Also, what sort of insurance do you have/offer? Thanks Nick (11/5/2009)
Response: $100K cargo insurance, trailer will need good tiers and a recent service, also a spare is needed (11/5/2009)
Response: The trailer is about 3 years old has been parked in a hangar for about the last 2 two years, is in good shape (i've been told - it certainly looks that way)though I have no idea when it was serviced last. The 2 tyres and the spare are almost brand new - the spare looked like it had not even seen pavement yet. (11/5/2009)
Question: are u sure on the 9ft. wide? as I could put this on my trailer for about 2000, let me know, Thank You (11/4/2009)
Response: Hi thanks for the reply. $2000 is a bit steep for me, but thank you anyway. Nick (11/5/2009)
