Response: I have a $900 bid from a very reputable piano mover - obviously I want to beat that.5/13/2013Report a Violation
Response: Well we have moved plenty of piano's before and we would love to gain your business. Looking at the demensions, Im assuming this is a upright piano? Are the floors hardwood, carpet, or tile? Thanks Dave5/13/2013Report a Violation
Response: It's called a "studio" piano - shorter than big upright, bit higher than a spinet. Origin - wood parquet at entrance, then transition to carpet - about 10 feet over carpet before hitting wood floor. Destination - hardwood floor.5/13/2013Report a Violation
I have placed a bid. I can pick up this piano tonight - probably about 9:00pm, and I would deliver it tomorrow morning. I would need one person to help me push it up my ramp into the truck. I have moved many pianos and have dollies to move them with. Please let me know ASAP as I will have to change my route by 7pm (EDT) in order to make the pick-up. -tqgrantReport a Violation
Response: This sounds very good - just a couple of questions: 1) I can certainly help push it up the ramp at this end - but what about the delivery end? It may be that only my daughter in law will be home there. 2) what time (approximately) would you be delivering tomorrow?5/14/2013Report a Violation
Response: Having your daughter help would probably be fine depending on how strong she is. I will do a majority of the work. If she has a friend or a neighbor, we might be able to have an extra hand. I should be able to deliver it between 8am and 10am.5/14/2013Report a Violation
