Question: can pick up on 30th for 468.00 would need to know asap.. (1/27/2008)

Response: Pick up on 30th is fine, but can you deliver to Philadelphia Feb. 22-24? Also, would love to have it shipped for less. My cousin is a trucker and he just took an entire bedroom set from Chicago to California for $200. (1/27/2008)

Response: we can pick this up tomorrow or on sat... accept bid now and you can pick either date.. we will lower price to 355.00 (1/29/2008)

Response: I need to know if you can guarantee delivery of all 4 items on February 22, 23, or 24, because those are the only dates I will be in Philadelphia, now (I live in Chicago). (1/30/2008)

Response: yes ... we gaurantee those dates.. (1/30/2008)

Response: The dresser and nightstand are part of a much larger collection of furniture and cannot be replaced, so we want to make sure they are not damaged in any way during shipment. I'm a little worried by the feedback on the website. Also, if the furniture doesn't arrive Feb. 22, 23, or 24, no one will be in Philadelphia to accept the shipment. You guaranteed delivery on one of those dates. If the furniture doesn't arrive during those dates, do you offer any refund? Because it will not be worth it to ship it. Also, would like to throw in 2 stackable boxes of misc. items 18"L x 18"W x 16"H weighing approx. 30-40 lbs. each for $300 total. What do you say? (1/31/2008)

Response: we kno we can do those dates for sure... we gaurantee it... you can throw in the 2 extra for the same price of 355.00 (1/31/2008)

Response: 1. Sorry, but the pickup date has to be this Saturday by noon in Chicago (Lakeview), about a mile from the lake. First floor apartment. Otherwise, I have to move everything myself with a pickup truck at that time to another location. Is this acceptable?
2. If delivery is not made in Philadelphia on the guaranteed delivery dates of February 22, 23 or 24 during normal business hours, I will only pay $100 total, since I will have to book a roundtrip flight from Chicago to philadelphia and rent a car there to accept shipment--it will be a fiasco! Is this acceptable to you? If you cannot stand by your guarantee, I need to know up front. Thank you! (2/1/2008)

Question: CAN THESE BE PICKED UP TOMORROW AND DELIVERED IN 3 DAYS. (2/1/2008)

Response: The Philadelphia apartment won't be vacant until February 22nd. If the furniture is not picked up today (Feb. 2) in Chicago, I'm going to move it myself to Winnetka (N. suburb of Chicago) and it can be picked up there at any time, so long as it's delivered to Philadelphia on February 22, 23 or 24. (2/2/2008)

Question: Could pickup between 2-9 and 2-16, deliver 2-22-23 for 400.00. Let me know if interested. Thanks (2/3/2008)

Response: Please note: there are also two 18"W x 18"L x 16" high boxes that weigh about 20 lbs. each (I can't modify the listing when there's a bid). Those dates would work great! And your track record is excellent! I'm looking to stay under $300, though. Thinking about just shipping the full-size mattress and box spring at this point--the job in Philadelphia is probably only for a year. Might not be cost effective to ship the nightstand and dresser. What would your price be for just the mattress? Or would you consider shipping everything for less? (2/3/2008)

Response: Thank-you. It's not the amount of the items because all of them including the extra boxes is still small. It's the mileage that destroys most of us because of fuel, repairs, etc., the same things everyone, including yourself, has to go thru. Wish i could lower price some but it's 800 to Phil. then 498 back home, not much left after gas even if i had another small load, and i fully understand you are allowing so much for this move but will have to stay at 400. Thanks (2/3/2008)
