Questions for this shipment: 

Question: Hello, what are you shipping ? We are a freight broker and use nationally known carriers that area fully insured, we do not carry the insurance, however all our carriers are 100 % insured. (8/1/2008)
Response: Used sewing machine head. Has table and legs that can be broken down to fit on one pallett. Need to know if damage the item is covered for repair or replacement (8/1/2008)
Response: If damaged you would file claim with our carrier and an investigation would be conducted and if carrier is at fault claim payout would be made to the value. However lets not talk about "if damaged", as long as your shipper packs it correctly and secures it to a pallet, everything should go well.
