Question: Thanks for your bid request, After reviewing the bids that you declined as being too high a price. It would not make sense for us to submit a bid using our winch equipped enclosed trailers. Our rates are a bit higher and we only do door to door deliveries. I am sure you could meet your target price with a terminal carrier or route carrier. Response: Hi Steve Here is the best that I can do. I have a tentative pick up on the 15th of April. Our enclosed carriers hold 2 cars and I gave you my best rate. I have open carriers but I wouldn't want to ship a project car on an open carrier. The parts buzzards would have a field day in the back row of some truck stop. Most of the restorers that I have hauled for insist on enclosed carriers. I would like to have your business and understand your trying to save. Question: I could ship your car with pick up being Fri. evening or Sat. morning and delivery within 4 days. 48', enclosed trailer with winch & E-track.
