I just had an email from the woman I bought my fjord from. She may be able to get Fleo to Grand Forks, ND if that is any closer to your route. Or if you can tell me the closet place where you can pick Fleo up, I can forward the info to Karla and see if that would work for her to meet you there. If you can give me idea of the price from the closet you get to Plentywood to East Hampton, NY, I will see if it is in my budget with having Karla take Fleo part way.

I think your price of $1100 is fair. I just don't understand the part about Uship charging me $100. Another shipper I used last year told me that uship charges the service provider a fee, not the person shipping things. Not sure I can get Fleo all the way to MN. Will have to see.

Response: Hi Pam, Just wanted to check in and see if you still need transport? Uship has 1 of 2 ways they collect their fee...that is why it could differ from one transporter to another. Upon bid acceptance, you would immediately be contacted by Uship for payment. Either way, I can't do your transport for anything less than $1100.00US to ME after all expenses are considered.
