Questions for this shipment:

Question: we have a 26ft goose neck flat bed would this work it has rails os 2ft. high and do you handle brokers and ect. for crossing in. we are commerical lic. and are fully ins. let me know we could do the book it now price if you take care of the crossing stuff (9/25/2008)
Response: we handle brokers for crossing the border. Rails are not needed but would be helpful for tying parts down. (9/25/2008)
Response: well the rails came with the trailer so. but it does make it easyer (9/25/2008)
Response: yes, rails are convenient to have. (9/26/2008)
Question: are your dates firm? (9/25/2008)
Response: we need it shipped as soon as possible. (9/25/2008)
Response: we can pickup with in two weeks i will bid for your book it now price will need to know as soon as possible to get ready thank you (9/25/2008)
Response: Two weeks is too long to wait. Don't bid for two weeks from now. (9/26/2008)
Response: i can get my driver there by the 2 of oct. to deliver by the 6 the 7th the latest for delivery will rebid i can juggle some driver around for you (9/26/2008)
Response: This is good. However, please be aware that delivery on time is important to our company. The trip is about 40 hours of driving time, so it can potentially be done in less than 4 days, but it would mean two drivers most likely to make that happen. The day of pickup is less important than is having the tower delivered on time. (9/26/2008)
Response: ok drive will pickup and deliver no later then the 6th of oct. so he cn pick up before the 2nd butif not he will be ther on the 2nd and he has 20 years driving truck doing 5,000 plus a weekly his self so it can be done was just worried if ther would be a hold at the port will you have the par number so he can just drive threw? please accept are bid it is a go with us i talked to the drive just a few minutes ago no problem (9/26/2008)
Response: does he have a US passport? does he have a permit for driving in Canada? Paperwork will be ready at the port of entry from customs broker. (9/26/2008)
Response: he is from canada but he has his birth certificate wich is fine till the first of the year he was just there deliverying to horse trailer in nova scotas so no problem everythings good to go (9/26/2008)
Response: very good. (9/26/2008)
Response: ok sounds good do you know when you will decide? (9/26/2008)
Question: maybe can be done sooner but we can work out if you accept are bid thank you for your request (9/26/2008)
Response: It would be great to have you take this shipment, but it will have to go out one way or another by Tuesday at the latest. I don't want to accept your bid knowing that it is likely we would not be able to make it work. My customer in Canada wants to get his tower up BEFORE hunting season starts there, so he needs it at his location by October 6th at the latest. Thus, "working it out" on dates does not work for us for this particular shipment. (9/26/2008)
Response: i can work out the dates for you so no problem just accept and we can get everything in order (9/26/2008)
Response: what are your payment terms? (9/26/2008)
Response: are deposit is we take paypal or bank wire and if you pay at pick up then then and bal. cash on delivery unless you pay all (9/26/2008)
Response: paypal is fine. will pay by paypal at both pickup and at time of delivery. payment at delivery will be paid by shipper, as soon as confirmation of delivery has been received from our customer. (9/26/2008)
Response: works for me no problem there (9/26/2008)
Question: How many feet of space will this take up ?and what equipment would be best? (9/26/2008)
Response: 18 feet of trailer space minimum for the tower parts (3800 pounds), plus about the area of a normal pick up truck bed for the various steel parts boxes (2200 pounds). A flatbed trailer with at least two axels with 3/4 ton pickup truck with empty bed would be minimum equipment needed. An enclosed truck would be okay, but it would need to be large enough for the 12 fiberglass parts 27" round to fit in the space. (9/26/2008)
Question: do you still need this moved? i can move it, we would require half of the moneies wired into our account before we load so we can give a fuel advance to the driver, then the ballance wired upon delivery. i will pay for the wire transfer (9/26/2008)
Response: is paypal okay for transfer of funds? banks may not be open over the weekend for wire transfer, but paypal is always open. (9/26/2008)
Response: when do you want it moved? paypal takes longer than regular mail. (9/26/2008)
Response: Pickup on Monday. (9/26/2008)
Response: i can pick up on monday no problem. can you wire the first part of the money into my account today or monday morninf at the lastest? (9/26/2008)
Question: What are your payment terms? Thank you. (9/26/2008)
Response: 1/2 up front, 1/2 at time of delivery. (9/26/2008)
Question: I am interested in booking this at your book it now rate. What are the loading hours on Monday? What are the unloading hours? Thank you. (9/26/2008)
Response: loading hours before 9am or between 1pm and 3pm on Monday. unloading hours are flexible and depend on day of delivery. Will have to work with customer on unloading hours to see what works for them. (9/26/2008)
