Response: I live in Manhattan and would need you to come up to the apartment and pack the chest. I live in an elevator building and access will not be a problem. Do you offer insurance? Is that included in your price? The delivery is to a business in Jacksonville, Florida. Delivery would need to be M-F 9am-5pm. Is that okay? What type of payment do you require? (4/23/2008)
