Response: WELL, By law you can not legaly pull that trailer down the road and if you do and hit a DOT check they will lock it down wright you a very healthy ticket and fine then make you call someone out to fix the trailer there on the spot! If you can't afford the price to haulit maybe you should have not bought it? (6/30/2009)

Question: Hello by DOT rules and the law of the highway your trlr must have brakes that work, you are putting lives at risk by not doing this and the transporter could get into a lot of trouble and have everything impounded if he was to get stoped and checked, just some info for thought. Response: You will need to contact the gentleman I bought the equipment from to coronate pickup and make arrangement for loading------will that be a problem? What he said in email: It tows pretty well, pintle hitch. You would need to stick a light bar on the back of it. No breaks on it, or if there are electric breaks I would not count on them. I can't load it on a truck. I would have to tow it to my freight company and have one of their forklifts put it up on a truck. (7/2/2009)
