Response: Hello Michael! Thank you so much for your bid! I appreciate it. It's fair and it's EXACTLY what I wanted to pay. Unfortunately, I didnt win these Ebay items that I was bidding on. HOWEVER, the seller is keeping me informed as the winning buyer has yet to pay. For that reason, I'm not going to decline or accept the offer because I am not sure which way this will go. This was my first time using U-Ship and I wasn't sure if I was going to win the item or not so it was kind of hard to figure out how to use this service.
