Question: Hi, can you tell me if there are any stairs at the delivery point & what the unloading conditions might be. Would there be any help to unload? I could pick this up for you tomorrow & deliver it on Thursday or Friday. Need to work out tonight if possible. Thanks Skip (12/18/2007)
Response: Thank you for your quick response. The product is a massage chair boxed. It weighs 185lbs and can be fork lifted into your truck or dollied into your trailer. Not to sure what you were planning to transport in. Unfortunityl if we we had more man power we would do it ourselfs so no help unloading. If you have a truck you can place item on furnature dolly and roll it to the front door or garage of recipient. No set up or in home service required. It is time sensitive or else I'm shipping through our normal carrier. let me know what you want to do. (12/18/2007)
