Response: You said, "You could have him by Thursday". I do not understand your answer. We already "have him" here in New York. We are in New York and shipping him to Florida where my brother will pick him up. When would you pick him up from here in Plattsburgh and when (approximately) would he arrive in Florida? Need 2 dates. First the pickup date and second the delivery date. The first date should be "exact" within 36 hours time frame but the delivery date could vary by several days depending on your other pickups and deliveries. We don't want him in a kennel -- he is a "passenger" (like a co-pilot). (11/7/2008)

Response: I will pick him up Wednesday and have him to your brother in FL in 2 days. I do not anticipate any other shipments on my trip home as I only drive cars from point A to point B. As long as he is never bitten anyone he can ride freely in the car with me. (11/7/2008)

Response: Please be informed that in our declining your bid the 1 negative (out of 12 very good positives)was of NO consequence. Since we had a U-ship cancellation for a booking we made in late September who was supposed to pick up Rocky this Monday (and who cancelled yesterday) we were very rushed for time. We actually favored you over all, but you were not as clear as to the latest date you could guarantee pickup and I inferred from your not leaving Florida until the 13th and needing three days to get up here that you would not be able to pick him up before the 17th. The other bid guaranteed an earlier date of pickup so we went with it. He also has a pickup truck and good references (but not as many as you). Not to be critical but you furnished too much information (in telling me when you would be leaving Florida and how long it would take you to get up here) but not enough information with regards to a guaranteed date of pickup. Of course, we are gambling that he will be here in time. (11/8/2008)
