Question: Hi, I have a truck in the greater Bay Area this SUnday making pick ups, drop in VA within ten days. I can offer a bid of $230. Let me know if this works for you and I will place a formal bid. Thanks! Steve (11/5/2009)

Response: It's a little higher than budgeted. Are you negotiable? It's a very simple wooden table. I'm fine with dates from now until end of November.
Thanks,
Kasey (11/6/2009)

Response: Possibly, since I have drops in that area anyway but please consider my bid versus the bids that you have gotten. I'm $150 cheaper. I have pick ups in SF tomorrow, SUnday, and will be in VA within ten days. This will be my last east coast trip until spring. I know that by sending a table this size UPS it will cost over $500. Response: The bids on UShip seem steep. Freightcenter quoted $265. I'd really like to keep it under $150-$165. It's a very simple piece. You can stack stuff under it and on it. Tomorrow is fine.
Let me know if that's OK with you. It's ready to ship.

Response: Ya, sorry...$230 is as low as I can go. Good luck with your shipment! Steve (11/7/2009)

Response: OK. Let me know what time. (11/8/2009)

Response: Hi, sorry for the late reply. I left early this morning to make all my pick ups in Bay Area. If there was a way to meet me in east bay tomorrow I would be happy to offer a bid of $175. There is a chance that I might be able to come in to the city mid morning. Please drop me a line in the morning if you get this. Thanks! (11/9/2009)

Response: That'd be great but I don't think I can get it there. The person who has a pickup truck has a stomach bug. If it's a 24-hour bug, maybe he could do it.
It won't fit in my car unfortunately and I'm on the Peninsula. (11/9/2009)
