Question: IF you havent found a shipper yet, we will be coming right through this weekend. Can pickup and deliver for $300. I am not a commercial hauler, I am driving out to California from Nebraska to pick up my daughters new show horse. We have a custom 40 foot aluminum horse trailer with full living quarters. Your furniture can go in the living quarters. I always try to help out others with hauling items to supplement our fuel costs. If you are interested please let me know and I will put in a formal bid. The trailer is 40ft x 8 ft, with a 16ft living quarter so there is plenty of room for your furniture. Ihave hauled grand pianos and other cargo before. Response: I have one other person I've been speaking to, but have not made a definite committment to date. I forgot to mention in my ad that I have (2) 12" leaves that were not included. It's pretty big and has trustle legs which would have to be removed. Is this a problem? Please let me know I know we're working on a short time frame. Thank you. Dolores (5/13/2008)
