Questions for this shipment:

Question: ARE YOU SURE ON THE WT (11/14/2008)
Response: I am not totally sure of anything. Even the manufacturer cannot really tell me. But all the others are listed at 23000 lbs for the came model. There is not an engine on these units, and if anything it is listed as a high weight. (11/14/2008)
Question: There will have to be a semi at both locations hooked to trailers so that the airbrakes will unlock, right? (11/15/2008)
Response: We will have the airbrakes released and locked out for the move. They may already be locked out because they are chalked. If not, a carriers air brakes can release them. Thanks (11/15/2008)
Question: Hello Shipper,Why can these trailers not be towed?...Mark (11/15/2008)
Response: There are no hitch bars with these units. That would be nice though. Mark (11/15/2008)
Response: Do you mean stableation bars like you would find on a camper?...Mark (11/15/2008)
Response: No, I mean there is a SPECIAL bolt on pintle plate attachment. Nothing that can be made or generic could be used for this. Very specialized. The military does not seem to want to part with those pintle mounts. Then the truck hauling them would have to be able to stop 19k pounds. Sorry (11/15/2008)
Response: Is that what they are called pinder mounts? I know a lot military trucks coming and going your way in fact I'm looking at getting 3 trucks readig to Miami that are military trucks I'll get back with you....Mark (11/15/2008)
Response: Oops, I did not proof read what I wrote. " PINTLE MOUNT". Dont know the EXACT military term they use, and not sure they are standard for them. The mount attaches to the front of the trailer ( bolt on") and has a HUGE closed eye to be pulled by military truck hitches. The trailer has 2 gusset plates that the mount bolts to, and is sort of "A" frame shape. (11/15/2008)
Response: (11/15/2008)
Question: I can fit two of them on a landoll trailer at a time. What is your target price? I'll be coming from High Springs Fl. Which isn't from from Old Town Or Albany. (11/15/2008)
Question: Still want this done? (11/15/2008)
Response: yes but I can seem to answer your question on this site (11/15/2008)
Response: I got that reply. try it now. What is your target price? (11/15/2008)
Response: I have 1000 for all of them now (11/15/2008)
Response: Let me see what I can work out for you. Can I get back to you on Monday when Barbers auto service is open. He is my trailer guy. (11/15/2008)
Response: okay, I am waiting for my clearance and papers for pick up. thanks (11/16/2008)
Question: Hello shipper, for the part you need or close to it goto reese hitch part # bx7302p-blue ox let me know if this is close towhat you/I need...Mark (11/16/2008)
Question: Is this job complete? I can tow these one at a time with my heavy wrecker check out my profile, no tags and no special permits and I already have Insurance (11/17/2008)
Response: it will be, I am just waiting for the paperwork. It is at a base, but I really have no idea how well they will tow. Niot sure if they are locked up or not. They have glad hands. (11/18/2008)
Response: Let me know when you get your paper work done, Thanks Cy (11/18/2008)
Response: okay, should be in a day or 2, one has already come through for the other shipment. (11/18/2008)
Response: I can tow all 5 of these one at a time, for $3300.00 (total for all), they will be towed behind my wrecker the paint might be scrached where my chains are hooked, Thanks Cy (11/19/2008)
Response: CY, thanks but no thanks....that is WAY too high. If you look at my other answers you will see where I got MUCH better than that. Of course one at a time will take you for ever and be much more costly. (11/19/2008)
Response: the price is really 600 per unit the rest is u ship fees (11/19/2008)
Question: For the 600 I bid. I can carry 2 at a time....Let me know.. (11/20/2008)
Response: yes 2 can be carried at one time. Is the 600 for EACH trip??Each unit, or total for all?? Thanks. (11/20/2008)
Response: I can carry 2 at a time. The price is 600 per trip... (11/21/2008)
Question: they are 212hths hitches they need spring loaded pinale hook and be able to take at least a 4-1/2 inch ring I use a portabel air tank in the back of my truck with a 20 gallon supply and a compresor keeps air psi at 140. you can use air siloniod powerd by 12volts use off you electric trailer brake mod just set power at lowest seting and react time on unit at mid point and it will work just like a tractor truck i have ben doing it like that for about 2 years if you are interrested in doing it your self i can tell you how to do it step by step .i am bc1234 (12/2/2008)
Question: ARE YOU STILL SHIPPING THESE THANKYOU (12/11/2008)
Response: yes, I just got the approval. It took longer than expected. I have bid for 400 dollars a load that will be 2 trailers per trip. Are you able to handle that? They still will have to be pulled up on a trailer. We have a sort of dolly for the landing gear that will allow it to be pulled up on a trailer without damaging the landing gear. Thanks (12/11/2008)
Response: [NOTE: Per uShip rules, bids must be all inclusive. –uShip] (12/12/2008)
Response: That will be for 2 units per trip? (12/13/2008)
Response: yer (12/14/2008)
Question: YES PER TRIP AND YES TWO UNITS CAN GO PER TRIP THERE WILL BE TOTAL OF THREE TRIPS TOTAL THANKYOU (12/14/2008)
Question: i can do these today, i'm in georgia.thanks eric (12/17/2008)
Response: That would have been great , but we cannot get hold of the person in charge. She will not return our calls and apperently she only gets there a few times a month. We cant do anything till we cordinate with her. It really stinks because we are at HER mercy now. (12/17/2008)
Response: PLEASE THROW US A BID REQUEST WHEN YOU ARE READY THANKYOU ERIC (12/20/2008)
Question: Send me a bid request when you are ready, I live in ga, Thansk Cy (12/30/2008)
Response: I am ready now, but am waiting on the actual street address to Gaithersburg. The Military person is also supposed to be getting back to me, they are on site but appears that they have moved them. (12/30/2008)
Response: Well I live ib ga and can only move one at a time, is that ok, Thanks Cy (12/30/2008)
Response: probably not, it would cost too much to make 5 trips (12/31/2008)
Question: Do the trls have pintle hitchs, This is a round circle welded to the trl, if this is the hitch you have i can pull it for you I need to know if the trls roll by them self. Thank You Larry (1/2/2009)
Response: Larry, No they do not have the pintle. We tried to locate one on the property and none of the trailers have them on the units. They seem to be very scarce for these units for some reason. Yes, they do roll. all the brake chambers have been backed off and they roll freely. Thanks (1/2/2009)
