Will you be able to unload shippment when arrives since it is residential? You can unload on to a paved driveway. Are you insured for damage?
We were thinking that we would just side the crate off the trailer onto their driveway with 3 guys. yES WE CARRY $100,000 GENERAL CARGO INSURANCE. If this is packaged/crated correctly, we won't have any problems. Please advise.
Ok one last question. If looks like sliding wont do it without risking breaking counter. We may have to decrate and unload that way. Are you will to do that I will help as well.

Ken, will you be able to unload crate into driveway.
Will shippment be insured?
No, I will need help to unload.
How will we unload? Are we going to need to decrate it and try unload pieces one at a time? Not sure if 2 of us could handle some of the size?
Also could you go lower on price if I paid you cash-cash?
Yes decrating is a good idea. I have ramps and dolies as well as strapped rollers. I knew that there would be a concern of how to unload, this is why I bid low. There is a lot of risk involed in moving granet but I have experience in this as I used to move granet and slate for a living. Thanks, Ken

I think issue is going to be with unload.

DO you have an estimate of when it could be picked up and delivered?
Hello. We could pick up any day of your choosing Monday through Friday with a minimum 3 hour window (eg 1pm-5pm). Someone will have to be at the delivery point because the DR (delivery receipt) will need to be signed, also the driver is not required to assist in unloading. Estimated delivery would be 2 - 3 business days after pick up.

yes, driver will unload onto the driveway using a liftgate and pallet jack.

driveway cannot be dirt or gravel, must be paved or concrete for pallet jack to be able to roll.
