Response: No first the payment has to be cleared then I will get a docreceipt, yes it has to go there. I guess within 2 weeks (8/8/2009)

But I have a T.W.I.C. card for entry into the ports, I carry $150,000 cargo insuranse to protect your boat, and I have D.O.T. authority to transport said boat.
