Questions for this shipment:

Question: Hello Shipper anything can work> now what is about a 5th wheel camper does that need to be tow or jsut whats in it,you and the cat and the car just leave the driving to me and yes I smoke also so no problem there >>> Mark (9/7/2009)
Response: Just a few small pieces of furniture - office chair, file cabinet, tvs, lots of boxes (books, clothes, dishes, etc.) 2 cats, 97 Mazda & me. This is all still "maybe" but hope to sell the 5th wheel & buy a small mobile home in Central Florida. (9/7/2009)
Response: Hello R2, Does the car have a hitch? (9/7/2009)
Response: Sorry, it does not. (9/7/2009)
Response: Ok how much over the $1000 Can you go?I have not got a complete fig yet to give you ,but the way it is working out it will be over the $1000 mark. >>> Mark (9/7/2009)
Response: I honestly don't know. I don't even know for sure if I'm going to do this. I'm really looking for a ballpark as opposed to a firm quote. Sorry to be wishy-washy. (9/7/2009)
Response: Ok here is what I will do now I will give you a bid with the fig I normaly run then get back with me as soon as you have things fig out on your end. >>> Mark (9/7/2009)
Question: YOU HAVE A CAR THAT CAN BE DRIVEN ? AND CATS AND A 5TH WHEEL WITH STUFF? I CAN HELP YOU. WHAT KIND OF PRICE WAS YOU LOOKING FOR ? READ MY FEEDBACK FROM MY DEL (9/7/2009)
Response: I'm not planning on moving the 5th wheel. I just said that to give an idea of how much "stuff". Just a few small pieces of furniture & lots of boxes. Yes, the car (97 Mazda) can be driven - I'm just not comfortable with long distances. Like I said, this is all "maybe" but I'm thinking of selling the 5th wheel & buying a small mobile home in central Florida. I'd like to keep the whole process under $1000. Thanks for responding. (9/7/2009)
Response: THANKS (9/7/2009)
Question: HELLO R2SIMS CAN EVERTHING BE PUT IN THE CAR IF SO I CAN PUT YOUR CAR ON MY TRAILER AND YOU CAN RIDE WITH ME LET ME KNOW YOUR THOUGHTS AND WHEN ARE YOU LOOKING TO SHIP OUT THANKS WAYNE (9/7/2009)
Response: No, the car won't hold it all but probably would hold the electronics & the rest could be shipped separately. I'd like to keep the whole process under $1000. This is all still in the planning stages - probably mid-October to early November. Thanks for your response. (9/7/2009)
Response: OK THANKS WAYNE (9/7/2009)
Question: Shipper, do you think by chance that all the boxes could fit in the car and back of the truck? If so I could pull your car, have the some of the boxes inside your car, some in the back of the truck and move you that way. I could do this for $1050 flat but I would need to know ASAP as I have a load coming towards Texas from that area and I need not get over there to pick it up by next Tuesday. If this is acceptable for you, please take a look at my profile and drop us a bid request or just reply to this message and I'll submit our bid for approval. Thanks!, Alex. (9/17/2009)
Response: Sorry, as I said this is all very tentative & I'm not even 100% sure I'm moving. Thanks for your help, though. I'll post again when I'm really sure. (9/17/2009)
Response: Ok that's fine, just to let you know the boxes would be perfectly safe inside your car as its being towed and the items in the back of the truck would be wrapped in blankets, tied down, and tarped to keep them out of the elements. Good luck with your shipment, let me know when youre ready. Thanks, Alex. (9/17/2009)
Question: Hello can your car be driven? If so we can pick up you, your cat, and your things on Thurs morning. We can drive your car for you and load your things in our truck for 750. If this is in your working please let us know asap. THX (10/20/2009)
Response: As I said, the car is driven every day but hasn't been on the highway in almost a year, so I don't know how it will perform. I'm not going until mid November, but maybe we can work something out then. Thanks (10/21/2009)
Response: Ok (10/21/2009)
Response: If you might be in the neighborhood like the week of Nov. 9th, let me know. Thanks (10/21/2009)
Question: Hello! I have a simple question.... it seems like everyone is asking the same question over and over again! so here is something new! are or can the cats be placed in a animal carrier? I can do the whole thing for $1000 and that includes moving everything and your cats this also will include for paying for your meals at fastfood joints or truckstops on the way! let me know if this is good for you! thanks Rob B & M Transport (10/27/2009)
Response: I have 2 carriers - they generally tolerate each other but I wouldn't put them in the same cage! Is this a 2 or 3 day trip for you? What does your schedule look like for the week of November 9th? (10/27/2009)
Response: Hello at this time, I am wide open on my calendar. I am also going to try and locate some loads on return for that time frame. As for travel time this is a total of 27 hrs driving time. So if you prefer to drive straight threw and stopping every 4 hours to take a break, as I do it will take a day and a half. I have to stop sometimes sooner because my min pin has to take potty breaks as well. If there is any more questions feel free to ask! I am sure you want to have an enjoyable trip as well as, as short of trip passable. Oh just an FYI the trip will not be in a commercial truck, it will be in my personal pickup and it if I must add is a very comfortable ride for cross country with, reclining wide bucket seats and if I clean my DVD player you can seat back relax and watch DVD movies to help the time pass by faster if you have any movies you like to watch. Thanks for your interest. Bob, B & M Transport (10/27/2009)
Response: How does your dog feel about cats? I'm sure the cats would appreciate getting it all over with as soon as possible. I imagine I can handle it - I'm sure it's more comfortable than the bus would be. I might need potty/smoke breaks more often than every 4 hours ;-) I have to ask though, is that really safe? I have a (tentative) appointment to have tv/internet/phone hooked up at the new place from Friday afternoon, Nov. 13th. Let me know what you think. Thanks. (10/27/2009)
Response: Hello to be honest and not sound rude or sarcastick my minpin mite be a little couiose of the cats but she has been around them with little to no problems :). As for potty breaks they come up at any time so allways need to get them in as need be :), and puff breaks i do not accomadate we just crack a window and puff and drive on i dont even stop for puff breaks for myself just stop to get coffee lol and gass or for lunch and roll on :) hope this is ok with you Bob B & M Transport ps:: you may have a lap warmer on the trip i hope you can handel that but most of the time she stands on my counsel in the truck (10/27/2009)
Response: It sounds like it might work. Do you have insurance, DOT# & all that good stuff? Sorry to ask so many questions - I guess I'm just nervous about the whole move. It's nothing personal. I watch too much CSI! (10/27/2009)
Response: Hi I guess you need to know some more info about me to make your final decision sorry if my spelling is not 100% correct as far as the DOT /MC #s the only time you need to carry them is if you’re shipping over 10,000 pounds as a commercial business under that they are not needed. I do have valid insurances on my pick up which will cover you and your belongings. As for my driving I don’t go over 60 mph when under load and very rarely get into the high speed lanes my driving record has been ticket and accident free since 1975 if you need it to do a check I can provide you my dl # and the state issued in I am a 57 yr old male with a clean criminal record I live totally with in the law and do not drink alcohol or take any drugs of any kind unlike a lot of truck drivers on the road popping them little black pills to keep going I am also a smoker if you did not get the drift so you can smoke (legal) tobacco products in my truck hence the no puff breaks Bob B & M Transport (10/27/2009)
