Questions for this shipment:

Question: Is it a bumper pull? what size ball if so? I can move this for 1.00 a mile. Given gas prices thats best I can do. The only thing is I would need to book with in the next 2 days to get you on schedule. I would pick up late next week and deliver with in 48 hours. If that is too quick for you I understand, just decline bid/ Thanks for your time. (5/10/2008)
Response: Hi Thank you for your inquiry. The camper is a pull along, but it has sat for at least 3 years, has one flat tire, the others are weather checked and probably should have the wheel bearings repacked so I'm thinking it needs to be trailered. I'm an over the road truck driver and just don't have the time to go thru there to get anything done with it. Crowzcawl (5/11/2008)
Response: Thanks for the response. I understand, thanks for the info. Good luck with trailering this unit. (5/11/2008)
Question: I can move it for $ 950 next week. KVE (5/11/2008)
Response: On a trailer? It has weather checked tires one of which is flat and it hasn't been moved in three years, so I figure it needs to be trailered. It's too tall for a regular OTR flatbed, I think. What kind of equipment would you be using if you do have a trailer? Thanks Crowzcawl (5/11/2008)
Response: I have a regular flatbed, height shouldn't be a problem it's the loading I am concerned. (5/11/2008)
Response: Hi I'm sorry, I'm an OTR truck driver and when you said you had a flatbed my mind pictured a semi-truck with a flatbed. Could it be loaded by a pickup backing it onto your trailer? I live in Arizona now, but the camper is in Iowa and I am trying to get it to my sister in North Carolina. We're working on arranging someone to receive it down there and I will arrange someone to load it in Iowa if you are interested. Thanks Crowzcawl (5/13/2008)
Response: I cannot load it on a straight deck, you'll need a lowboy, the angle of approach is too wide. Only way to put it on a flatbed like mine is to lift it up. Thanks. (5/13/2008)
Response: Thank you for your patience and your answers. Crowzcawl (5/13/2008)
Question: Hi. If yours is a model M-27CBFK and has a roof air unit, it shouldn't be any taller than 11.5', and it weighed 4,600 pounds (empty) when it left the factory. I hope that's helpful. (5/11/2008)
Response: Yes it is, thank you very much (5/11/2008)
Question: Hello, We would be happy to take this for you on our low flatbed. With our tilt trailer, long ramps, tongue dolly, and winch. Self loading and unloading is no problem. Normally I charge $1 per mile but coming from Montana I would need an extra $400 to get me to Iowa. So if the last week of May and $1451 is acceptable to you let me know and I will make a formal bid. -Doug & Kari (Door2Door) (5/13/2008)
Response: Hi, Thanks, I'll check with my sister since she is the one paying the freight. Your set up sounds like what is needed, but she's on a limited budget. Crowzcawl (5/13/2008)
Response: I will attempt to find something small to deliver just to get me to Iowa. If I find anything will you/her accept $1051 ? -Doug (5/13/2008)
Question: Hello, is the trailer 27' total including the tongue? Or 27' box plus tongue? I cannot accommodate the latter. -Doug (5/14/2008)
Response: Hi, Sorry it took so long to get back to you, I got stuck in Illinois. The camper is a 27 ft box plus another 2 feet for the tongue. Guess it's back to the drawing board, but thank you much for your interest. Crowzcawl (5/18/2008)
Response: I may still be able to take this for you. The weight is fine I need to know the distance from ball to right behind the back tire. Also fuel has gone up $.50 cents this week. -Doug (5/19/2008)
Response: Hi, sorry, I don't know the distance, I would guess 25 feet, but that is only a guess and not want you to commit to the trip from Wyoming to Iowa based on a guess. I know your timing is getting close and hope we can work this out but no one will be out there until this weekend to measure it. Sonny (5/21/2008)
