Additional Information: the item is located on the ground level of the house and will be delivered to the ground level in the house so there are no walk ups. Pick up would have to be after 5pm m-s or on a sunday. Pick up location right off 95. Willing to pick up from you in the NY area if you cant deliver to my home.
