Question:
12/24/2013
Any stairs involved? Allan (Coady320)Report a Violation
Response: There are no stairs in NYC. Although there are 3 steps up to a porch at our Stephentown, NY address, we figure we could bypass these by simply rolling the piano across a ramp from the truck to the porch. Hope this helps. 12/24/2013Report a Violation
Response: Hi Charles, That is no problem as our trailer has a roll of ramp so we would place the piano on dollies and would be able to roll it straight off. Thx. Allan (Coady320)12/25/2013Report a Violation
Question:
12/24/2013
ur date is only 28th??Report a Violation
Response: No, that's just an example of a date that would work for us. We would like to arrange to be there to meet you, let you in and show you where to place the piano. Weekend days work better. Hope this helps. 12/25/2013Report a Violation
Response: Ok we can work day out then, when you say broken it just not playing good or the wood case is falling apart? Just wanna see what we will need to safely move it without damaging it more. If you have picture of it it will be very helpfull.12/25/2013Report a Violation
Response: No, the wood case is in good structural condition, with some nicks on the front edges around the keyboard and legs, but otherwise handsome wood. (The piano has several keys that don't work.) It should be wrapped up and tied to the truck securely, perhaps with some styrofoam or other cushions around it, to avoid further damage to the exterior. Hope this helps. We'll try to figure out how to add a picture. Thanks. 12/25/2013Report a Violation
Response: Ok now will there be any help to load and unload or you need complete team of 2-3 guys to move this so you no touch?12/25/2013Report a Violation

Hello shipper and happy holidays. Are you flexible with your pick up and delivery dates?Report a Violation
Response: Yes, somewhat flexible. Weekends work best, because we need to travel up to the house to let you in. We'd like to do it relatively soon, but not necessarily this coming weekend. Hope this helps. Thanks.12/25/2013Report a Violation

Hi Charles, I am just checking back in with you to see if you and Marian have decided if my date/time work for you? Thx. Allan (Coady320)Report a Violation
Response: Yes, we can make the date/time work. Would you expect to be wrapping up the piano, or should we do this? How would you expect payment to be made? Would cash at delivery work? And, would you be able to give us an estimated time of arrival in Stephentown? Thanks, M. & C.12/29/2013Report a Violation
Response: Hi again Charles, I would expect to be at destination after 4pm but won't know exact time until sometime in the afternoon of the 2nd. I suspect 4-6pm as a safe bet though. (of course pending traffic). I will blanket wrap as I bid that service. Once you accept bid then u will pay USHIP who will give you a code to give me upon delivery and then they will pay me directly. Please accept and we can communicte directly. Thx Allan (coady320)12/29/2013Report a Violation

Hi Marion and Charles Piano will be shrinkwrapped and blanketed in NYC We will also insert foam cushions around the piano to protect during transit. We offer a THREE man pickup and delivery team This is ESSENTIAL when moving a 500 lb piano. Any less and you risk injury and damage to life and piano. Pianos are very complex to move and our team has done hundreds over the years and knows exactly know how to move them carefully and safely. Please see our great bid and feedback. Thanks Keith KC MOVERS Report a Violation
