Response: The actual height on the trailer is 9 feet. i have one bid at 750 and two (one expired) at 780. the 750 was in a answer to question and is not "official". I like the idea of transporting over trailering so let me know if you can do the job and what price you can do it for. The date may not be as important as price so i'm sure we can work with the other shipper. i can't "match" another bid (i don't think- i'm new to uship) until i get the cancellation confirmed from my last match. Turns out that shipper was arrested during his last shipment and those people's truck was confiscated. He coulnd't/didn't respond because he was probably incarcerated. i'm liking your feedback a whole lot better about now! John, i just went back and checked your feedback again and you have a number of cancellations also. Please let me know if you can or can't pick up on whatever date you specify. i can't go through another cancellation process. Thanks, Gary (2/5/2008)

Response: I will not be able to meet a 9th pick-up. I am trying to contact another shipper, but he seems to be away. The canx were my fault, no doubt. I had some personal family issues. They have been taken care of, but life happened. You may want to let Uship know of your last match. They may be able to expidite it for you, given that info. Be careful who you do end up choosing. If they are not legal, they too, may be arrested for the same reasons. It would then strand them and your property. Check MC #'s. Sorry for the delayed response, but often times, we have to rely on multiple shippers to make things go smoothly. If it doesn't, it creates a domino affect. (2/5/2008)

Response: How late is the "end of the month" and when you say "yes" to the trailer thing is that my trailer behind your truck or your trailer with my boat and trailer loaded on it. (not putting miles on my trailer would be a plus although it is a new trailer). I'm trying to let the guy i bought the boat from know the time frame he's going to have to store it for me. Response: I apologize for that, yes, I would pull your trailer behind my truck, its an 03 dodge 3/4 ton, and the end of the month would be the 18th to the 29. I do not have a solid date on my shipment that gos to Charlotte as of yet.. they build 1 a week and my next one gos to Atlanta on the 11th (2/5/2008)

Response: Dave, i'm flying to Florida for the day and will be back Saturday around noon. If you picked up tomorrow when would you be in Houston? I'll check with the guy i bought the boat from but tomorrow would be great. i waiting for my official "cancellation" from the last guy who apparently was arrested during his last job and was unable to complete the transaction before i can accept another bid. Response: Dave, i love the timing but can't do the price. i understand the problems and figure the other guys are carrying more than just my load to make it work out but i have three bids at 780.00 and am just waiting to see who can get it here first.
